Who controls the data
The data controller is Tomasz Sosiński, operating under the onosato brand. For matters concerning personal data, write to kontakt@onosato.xyz.
Website analytics
We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics. The service does not store cookies in the browser and does not assign identifiers to visitors, so it does not combine visits into a profile of one person. We collect aggregate data only:
- page views
- referrer (the page the visit came from)
- country
- device type
- page load speed
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Workers and measured with Cloudflare Web Analytics — both by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). The statistics are aggregate and do not identify a visitor. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): we want to know which pages are read and how fast they load, so that we can improve them. Cloudflare may process the technical data of a request and transfer it outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses.
Messages sent to kontakt@onosato.xyz pass through Cloudflare Email Routing, which forwards them to a mailbox hosted in Gmail (Google Ireland Limited). We use them only to reply to your message. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR when you write about working together, and Art. 6(1)(f) otherwise — our legitimate interest in handling correspondence. We keep correspondence for up to 12 months after the contact ends, unless the law requires longer. Google may process data outside the EEA under standard contractual clauses or its certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Forms and cookies
The website has no forms. We do not use cookies, so we do not show a consent banner.
